Return & Refund Policy

At SYZANZ, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item under the following conditions:

Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• All clothing products are eligible for return, provided they meet the above conditions.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. A return shipping fee of PKR 250 applies.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a full refund will be processed using the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.

If your return does not meet our policy requirements, the refund may be declined.
